Leonello Calvani and Patrick Ithier. An Italian and a Frenchman, united by the same passion for fashion: this is how Ash was born in 2000, the fashion house specializing in footwear and bags for men and women. What makes this brand unique is, on the one hand, the quality of Made in Italy and the great tanneries of the Bel Paese, and on the other, the French allure, that je ne sais quoi that transforms each creation into something unique and special. These two distinctive elements have enabled Ash to interpret contemporary trends without falling into stereotypical standardization: the result is shoeing with a multifaceted, glamorous, and ironic style, characterized by the use of bright colors, studs, technical fabrics, and other details that blossom from collection to collection. A success that has allowed the company to keep its roots in Italy and, at the same time, expand to the rest of Europe, opening boutiques in the main fashion capitals, such as Paris, London, and Barcelona.
There are many different lines for Ash's SS18 season, which pays homage to the glam rock style of the 60s and 70s: sandals, boots, trainers, and slip-on in classic white, black and pastel shades, enriched with metal inserts, floral embroidery, and studs. The cult piece of the season is the moccasin with a folded back and gold appliqués.
