Shipping policy

Impact Mood orders are sent uniquely from our Headquarters in Italy through UPS or DHL couriers with express service.
Orders leaves our warehouse within 1/2 days from the final order confirmation, Monday to Friday. We do not deliver orders during holidays or non-working days.

We ship worldwide!

The shipping costs are the following:

Italy: €3.50 (duties and taxes included)

UK: €15.00 (duties and taxes excluded), free shipping for orders above €250

EU Countries: €15.00 (duties and taxes included)

Countries included: the member countries of the European Union Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

USA/Canada: €30.00 (duties and taxes excluded)

The prices indicated on the United States of America website are inclusive of VAT and not of customs duties payable by the customer.

The relative amount shall be paid to the courier in the manner indicated by the courier.

In order to be able to deliver, the United States government’s consumer agency may apply for the social security number (social security number - SSN).

Asia: €30.00 (duties and taxes excluded)

IMPORTANT: in case of multiple purchases that require an “extra” size packaging, shipping costs may require an additional cost that will be discussed directly with the customer at the time the package is shipped, these being calculated based on the size of the package. To check the delivery status of your order online if you live in Italy, just insert the “Shipment number” in the “Track and Tracing section on the Bartolini homepage at . For that, we will provide you with the tracking code to your contact e-mail you provided as soon as your package has been dispatched. For orders outside of Italy, we will provide you via e-mail the tracking code from DHL with the corresponding link so you can track your order from the moment it was dispatched from our warehouses.

Please note that once the orders are confirmed and processed, it is not possible to change them anymore.

On receipt of every delivery, customers are requested to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.
