The shipping costs are the following:

Italy: €7.50 (duties and taxes included)

UK: €30.00 (duties and taxes excluded)

EU Countries: automatically calculated by the courier from a min. €20.00 to a max. of €50.00 (duties and taxes included)

Countries included: the member countries of the European Union Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

USA/Canada: €50.00 (duties and taxes excluded)

The prices indicated on the United States of America website are inclusive of VAT and not of customs duties payable by the customer.

The relative amount shall be paid to the courier in the manner indicated by the courier.

In order to be able to deliver, the United States government’s consumer agency may apply for the social security number (social security number - SSN).

Asia: €50.00 (duties and taxes excluded)

NOTICE: US duties apply only for orders above 800 USD as per US regulation; impactmood.com is not responsible for any delay caused by customs operations not under impactmood.com.

IMPORTANT: in case of multiple purchases that require an “extra” size packaging, shipping costs may require an additional cost that will be discussed directly with the customer at the time the package is shipped, these being calculated based on the size of the package. We ask customers to review this information before proceeding with the order confirmation.

To check the delivery status of your order online if you live in Italy, just insert the “Shipment number” in the “Track and Tracing section on the Bartolini homepage at www.brt.it . For that, we will provide you with the tracking code to your contact e-mail you provided as soon as your package has been dispatched. For orders outside of Italy, we will provide you via e-mail the tracking code from DHL with the corresponding link so you can track your order from the moment it was dispatched from our warehouses.

Please note that once the orders are confirmed and processed, it is not possible to change them anymore.
The items ordered separately will be shipped separately.
The order placed by the customer, and the shipment and delivery will take place only after receiving a confirmation of the payment.

The customer's order is in any case subject to the approval of impactmood.com. The approval is always granted except for those cases in which impactmood.com gives notice that the order is not approved. If so you will receive a notice within 2 (two) working days from the date of your order.
impactmood.com is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by weather conditions and any circumstances beyond impactmood.com control.

Please note that there may be shipping delays during promotions and sales periods. impactmood.com always reserves the right to postpone shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control.

If a package cannot be successfully delivered to the shipping address, the customer shall give immediate written communication to impactmood.com through e-mail to online@impactmood.com The object of the e-mail shall contain the order number followed by “UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY”. impactmood.com will investigate further with the courier, and is fully committed to provide an answer within 14 (fourteen) working days.
If the item/s cannot be delivered due to lack of cooperation on the customer's and/or end receiver's part (no one at the address, wrong or incomplete address, wrong or incomplete telephone number, wrong or incomplete e-mail address provided or any other cause which does not depend on impactmood.com) both the return and shipment costs will be charged. These fees will be deducted from the final refund.
In case the items cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control, impactmood.com is committed to reimburse the order amount already paid by the customer, including the shipping costs, excluding any liability of impactmood.com

On receipt of every delivery, customers are requested to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.
The packages shipped by impactmood.com are accurately packaged in an additional heat welded transparent plastic wrapping, with a heat welded protective plastic band, around it.
The package shows any signs of tampering or if the protective plastic band is damaged, either sign for it with reservations or reject it.
If an unauthorised signature has signed for a package or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, launch a claim by contacting the courier immediately and to contact impactmood.com writing an e-mail to online@impactmood.com
